Products & Pricing
All products sold by Nordonia Landscape Supplies are natural landscape materials, including but not limited to mulch, topsoil, stone, sand, firewood, and salt. Because these are natural products:
Color, texture, and composition may vary between loads and seasons.
Products sold by volume (cubic yards) or weight (tons) are approximate measurements.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
Product availability is seasonal and subject to supplier stock.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept credit card payments processed securely through Authorize.Net.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Delivery
We offer delivery within approximately 50 miles of our location in Macedonia, OH. Please note:
Delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, road conditions, and order volume may cause delays.
You are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location. Our trucks require a clear, firm path that can support heavy vehicles.
Materials will be placed in a single dump location (typically your driveway or a designated area). You are responsible for directing the driver to the dump spot.
Nordonia Landscape Supplies is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other property during delivery. If you have concerns about potential damage, please discuss them with us before scheduling delivery.
Someone 18 years or older should be present at the time of delivery to direct placement. If no one is available, materials will be placed at the driver’s discretion.
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order weight. Fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once the delivery has been dispatched.
Pickup
Pickup orders can be collected at our yard at 1001 Paster Court, Macedonia, OH 44056 during regular business hours.
Please bring a vehicle appropriate for the quantity and type of material you ordered.
Loading is performed by our staff using equipment on-site. You are responsible for securing the load in your vehicle.
Nordonia Landscape Supplies is not responsible for damage to your vehicle during the loading process.
Overloading your vehicle is at your own risk. Our staff may refuse to load material if we believe it exceeds your vehicle’s safe capacity.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of bulk landscape materials:
All sales are final once material has been delivered or picked up.
We do not accept returns of delivered or picked-up materials.
If you believe there is a significant issue with your order (wrong product, substantially short quantity, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours at 330-467-7258 or onlineorders@nordonialandscapesupplies.com so we can work with you to resolve it.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders cancelled before dispatch or pickup may be eligible for a full refund.
Limitation of Liability
Nordonia Landscape Supplies provides landscape materials on an as-is basis. We are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Property damage resulting from delivery vehicle access to your property.
Variations in product appearance, texture, or quantity within normal industry tolerances.
Delays in delivery caused by weather, road conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
